The Continuum Group provide a full range of services within residential care, education and family support. These services are applied within a carefully managed framework of clinical governance which meets the needs of each individual. We work with young people aged 10 to 18 and specialise in the improvement of behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.

Throughout our work we are dedicated to planning for progression. When a young person takes their first steps into our care, education or family support our main aim is to move them through successive stages of improvement. In a residential capacity this journey may take a young person from our complex needs homes towards the eventual target of independent living. Education may include re–engagement of learning through vocational or academic education with the ultimate goals of higher–education, training and employment. We aim to equip our young people with the necessary vocational and educational skills to assist them in obtaining employment and financial independence.

The Continuum Care and Education Group was formed in 2006, following the merger of four recognised regional providers; Farrow House, Green Corns, Herts Care and Cambrian Care. The merger of these companies was driven by an aim to share best practice, innovative services and respected personnel across each of the regions. This experience is now used collectively to provide the highest quality and most appropriate services to young people and their Local Authority. The depth of experience within the group means we have a vast selection of resources, infrastructure and staff which can be utilised across the regions whilst retaining invaluable links and knowledge in each locality.
