As part of our service portfolio the Continuum Care and Education Group provide secure Escort and Transportation Services for young people across the UK. The majority of our work is done with the Youth Justice Board, Youth Offending Teams, Local Authorities and Secure Accommodation Units. These services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are supervised by their own dedicated manager.
Our Vehicles
We operate a fleet of unmarked, modern and comfortable vehicles, providing protection from public observation, curiosity or confrontation. All our vehicles are fully insured and covered by the appropriate breakdown cover and each is equipped with its own Satellite Navigation system and hands–free communications kit. Safety is paramount in all of our services and each vehicle is well prepared for an emergency. First aid materials, a fire extinguisher and emergency break–down equipment are carried in every vehicle. Our staff have a priority of keeping a young person safe, secure, calm and occupied for what can sometimes be a long journey, therefore entertainment suitable to the age, sex and culture of the child is provided on board.

Staff Recruitment and Training
Enhanced CRB checks are carried out routinely with all of Continuum’s staff, in addition to this we ensure in–depth references are received before the commencement of any employment. A comprehensive programme of training is completed by all of our staff and themes of study include:
