Our team of contact supervisors and support workers are experienced residential care staff. All have worked with children and young people in a variety of settings with Looked After children and children in need. The process of supporting contact sessions has two key stages.

  1. Ensuring a young person feels comfortable and prepared before any encounter.
  2. Co–ordinating or being ready to intervene and ensure the well–being of those involved.

Supervised and supported contact can take place in the family home, respite home or a neutral environment. Other factors such as risk management and relationships are also considered when designing meeting plans. This service is highly applicable to those involved in private family or childcare legal proceedings.
